An Aerospace Experienced Auditor and BS EN 9100 Lead Auditor with an MSc in Organisational & Business Psychology, Anna has led operational excellence and quality across complex aerospace manufacturing — including as Operational Excellence Manager at Moog, across the same 400-person site, and in senior compliance roles at UTC Aerospace. She delivers 9100 requirements, implementation and auditor training across the UK to organisations including Rolls-Royce, Leonardo and GE, and carries out internal and second-party supplier audits for clients.

Her focus is always the same: engaged people and healthy cultures that make compliance and improvement stick, rather than sit in a binder on a shelf.
